Clinic Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients and to respect the time of both our clients and our practitioners, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies:

Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked via email only.

  • A full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Once a provisional slot is offered, you have 48 hours to complete payment. If payment is not received within this time, the slot will be released to another client.

  • Please send your payment confirmation screenshot via email to finalise your booking.

Appointment Duration & Punctuality

  • Each appointment with Iris is allocated 1 hour and 30 minutes of dedicated treatment time.

  • If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time. We regret that late arrivals cannot be extended into the next client's slot.

Clinic Phone Use

  • The clinic phone is reserved strictly for same-day emergencies related to your appointment.

  • All bookings, payments, and general enquiries must be communicated via email.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the full treatment amount being retained.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please email us as soon as possible.
